Everett Farm Windmill at Addenbrooke Park:
The farm constructed by the Everett family in the late 1860s had a long and productive life. Various generation of the Everett family contributed to the site – notably the windmill constructed in 1940. Charles Dwyer, a retired engineer with the U.S. Forest Service, restored the windmill free of charge in 1990. The windmill stands as a reminder of Lakewood’s agricultural traditions.
